Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 8, 2025
These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the SQL Campus platform. Please read them carefully before registering or purchasing a course. By using SQL Campus, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
In these Terms:
• “SQL Campus” refers to the online learning platform operated under the trade name SQL Campus by D.E. IT Consultancy.
D.E. IT Consultancy is a company incorporated in the Netherlands, with its registered office at Garve 7, 5712KD Someren, and listed in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under registration number 78024099.
• “User” or “you” means any individual or organisation accessing or using SQL Campus.
• “Platform” means the SQL Campus website, courses, quizzes, challenges, and any other services we provide.
• “Course Content” means all digital materials provided through SQL Campus, including text, videos, quizzes, exercises, and downloadable files.
• “Agreement” means these Terms & Conditions together with any purchase or registration details you provide.
• “Withdrawal Period” means the 14-day period after purchase in which you may cancel and request a refund, unless you have already accessed the digital course content.
2. Applicability
These Terms apply to every user of SQL Campus, whether you are an individual learner, a company purchasing access for employees, or any other type of customer. No variation will be valid unless confirmed in writing by SQL Campus.
3. Registration and Access
To access certain parts of SQL Campus, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
Once you purchase a course, access is granted immediately and the course is considered delivered. Because our courses are digital, your right to cancel may be affected if you start using the content before the Withdrawal Period ends (see section 4).
4. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund — unless you have completed the digital course content, in which case the refund policy no longer applies.
To request a cancellation, contact us at support@sqlcampus.com.
5. Intellectual Property
All Course Content is owned by SQL Campus or our licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own learning.
You may not:
• Copy, share, resell, modify, or distribute any Course Content without our written permission.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use SQL Campus lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
• Use the platform in any way that causes damage or disrupts service
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
7. Accuracy and Disclaimer
We work hard to keep our courses accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee they are flawless.
If you find an error or have concerns about accuracy, please contact us at support@sqlcampus.com so we can investigate and correct it.
